Our supervised indoor play-space is created with both the parent and child in mind. Safe, open ended, imaginative play is the focus! It Takes A Village Work and Play is perfect for networking, socializing, and meeting with colleagues while the kids play!
We adhere to California Community Care Licensing standards while providing care, however parents must stay onsite while their children are with us. This is because we are not a licensed facility. We offer a coworking space so parents remain nearby while their little ones take part in the fun activities and stimulating learning environment our program provides.

Our mission is to provide a space where working parents can learn, play, and grow together, while forming a strong sense of community and support.
I’m Amy – mom of 5 and passionate about helping other families balance career and family. That’s why I wanted to create a community of working parents who can come together to support each other. It’s a place to collaborate, share resources, and empower each other on this hard yet rewarding journey of raising children. With our village, everyone wins!
